RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final, however if there is a reasonable problem with any product you may order, you must contact me in 10 days from the delivery date, and we can discuss compensation in the form of store credit. SHIPPING

We currently ship to USA, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, and UK. If you are from a country that is not listed, please contact us and we can see if we are able to open shipping for you.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. However, custom orders/made to orders may take a bit longer, estimates for shipping custom orders will be displayed. If your custom order/made to order takes longer than the displayed estimates, you will be contacted via email.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
